I can’t log in.
If you can’t log in, you probably:
are trying to use incorrect e-mail address
Make sure that you are entering your e-mail correctly and that you are using the same email address, which you used when registering your company in the e.jubinale system.
are entering wrong password
- To recover your password, select the “password recovery” at e.jubinale.com, which is located under green log in bar.
- Then enter the e-mail address which you have provided during the registration of your company in e.jubinale system
- After providing an e-mail address that has been used to register your company, you will receive a message with new password and the link to confirm the change of your password. The new password will be valid only after you click on the confirmation link. Skipping this procedure will leave the old password.
